Changes center on the mandatory minimum sentencing requirements which have been a key part of federal laws for more than 30 years.  As former federal prosecutors, with more than 40 years combined experience, we have seen first-hand the benefits of mandatory minimum sentencing when properly used as a tool in the fight against drug traffickers.
