Criminal Justice Reform-NAAUSA

NAAUSA’s advocacy focuses on criminal justice administration, not criminal justice policy. We provide policymakers with the perspective of front-line criminal and civil AUSAs with an intent to strengthen laws and ensure they will achieve their intended public safety outcomes as written. NAAUSA’s input is often solicited by Congress, on ranges of public safety topics from fentanyl and fentanyl analogues, retail organized crime, online exploitation and scams, criminal sentencing for drug traffickers, sentencing policy and reform. The association also consistently engages with the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
